We collect absolutely no personal data. FFF: Scorer stores everything locally on your device. No accounts, no servers, no tracking — ever.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how FFF: Scorer (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our iOS and iPadOS application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and have designed FFF: Scorer from the ground up to operate entirely without collecting, transmitting, or storing any personal data on external servers.

By using FFF: Scorer, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

FFF: Scorer does not collect, transmit, or share any of the following:

 • Personal identifying information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)

 • Location data of any kind

 • Device identifiers or advertising IDs

 • Usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry

 • Game scores, player names, or session history

 • Contacts, photos, or any other device data

 • IP addresses or network information

 • Payment or financial information of any kind

3. Data Stored On Your Device

All data generated within FFF: Scorer — including player names you choose to create, game sessions, scores, and app preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple’s on-device storage technologies (SwiftData and UserDefaults). This data:

 • Never leaves your device to any server controlled by us

 • Is never shared with any third party

 • May be included in your iCloud Backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled in your iOS Settings — this is managed entirely by Apple and governed by Apple’s own Privacy Policy

 • Is permanently deleted when you delete the App from your device

4. No Third-Party Services

FFF: Scorer does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers. We do not use:

 • Google Analytics, Firebase, or any analytics service

 • Crash reporting tools such as Crashlytics or Sentry

 • Advertising SDKs or ad networks

 • Social media SDKs (Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.)

 • Any cloud database or external API that receives user-generated content

5. Network Access

FFF: Scorer does not require an internet connection to function and makes no outbound network requests of any kind during normal operation. The App is fully functional in airplane mode and requires no account creation or sign-in.

6. Children’s Privacy

FFF: Scorer is designed for general audiences, including use by families during game nights. Because we collect no information whatsoever, our App does not collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), and we are compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations.

7. Your Data Rights

Because we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, export, or delete on your behalf. All data within the App is under your full and exclusive control at all times. You may remove all App data at any time by deleting FFF: Scorer from your device.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of FFF: Scorer after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

We will never introduce data collection practices without prominently disclosing them in an updated policy.

FFF: Scorer End User License Agreement

1 Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using FFF: Scorer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. This Agreement is between you and Andrew Kohn ("Developer," "I," or "me"), an independent solo developer.

2 License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.

3 The App is provided "as is"

FFF: Scorer is an independent, solo-developed app provided to you entirely as-is and as-available.I make no warranties of any kind express, implied, or statutory including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. I do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of bugs, crashes, or data corruption. I am doing my best. That is all I can promise.

4 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of scores or game history, device damage, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages. My total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

5 Data and privacy

All data you enter into the App (player names, scores, game history) is stored locally on your device. I do not collect, transmit, sell, or have access to any of your personal data. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. I am not responsible for data loss due to device failure, software updates, App deletion, or any other cause.

6 No guarantee of availability or continuity

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature within it at any time, with or without notice. Future iOS updates may affect the App's functionality. I will make reasonable efforts to maintain the App, but I cannot guarantee ongoing support, updates, or compatibility with future operating system versions.

7 Third-party platforms 

The App is distributed via Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Apple is not a party to this Agreement and bears no responsibility for the App or any claims related to it. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Apple's App Store terms, Apple's terms govern as they relate to Apple's services.

8 Governing law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, Georgia.

9 Changes to this Agreement

I may update this Agreement from time to time. If I make material changes, I will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the App and supersedes any prior agreements.
